Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have Wheelchair accessible transportation?
    Yes, we have vans that are wheelchair accessible. Please specify if you are in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle. (If needed we can provide a wheelchair rental at an addition fee)
  • Are your drivers required to wear a mask and are they Covid-19 vaccinated?
    Yes, it is mandatory for all Quick Stop Transportation Drivers to wear mask. All employees are COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • Is Transportation available on Holidays and Weekends?
    Yes we provide 24-7 Transportation including Holidays, weekends, and after hours. There is an additional fee for weekends, holidays, and after hours.
  • What are you hours of Operations?
    We are open Monday through Friday 6:30AM-6:30PM. However, if you need services outside these hours, please call us to see if we are able to accommodate your request even on Holidays and weekends.
  • What areas do you services?
    We service the entirety of Broward County.
  • Are seat Belts Required?
    Yes, as part of our Safety Policy, this requirement will be enforced.
  • Do All Vehicle have GPS Tracking?
    Our Vehicle are equipped with real-time GPS trackers, with automatic replay. Our transportation can be tracked at all times and they are monitored during all pick up and drop-offs. Our transportation also have video surveillance as an extra safety precaution. Parents can receive text message notifications when their child has been picked up or dropped off or if there are traffic delays.
  • Can I smoke in the Transportation vehicle?
    Smoking in a commercial vehicle is illegal and is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Please make sure that any guests are aware of this policy. Any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in a minimum, mandatory $100 cleaning fee. If any signs of smoking are detected the driver reserves the right to immediately terminate the trip, at full charge to the passengers. If the trip is terminated a minimum 10% gratuity will be added for the drivers inconvenience.
  • What are my payment options?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks payments. Monthly contracts requires auto draft set-up.
  • When will I receive an Invoice?
    We will provide an invoice and a reminder 5 days prior to payment due date.
  • What Age Children Can Use Quick Stop Transportation Services?
    We accept Children from Age 5 and up
  • Do you provide services for children with disability?
    Yes, we assist children with disability to and from their destination.
  • How will my Child know who the driver is?
    When you register with Quick Stop Transportation Services, we provide a photo and name of your child's driver. In addition, the driver will be wearing the Quick Stop logo shirt.
  • Do Quick Stop Transportation Provide a booster Seats?
    We do not provide booster seats. The parent must provide a booster seat for transportation of any child under the age of 8 or a child below 4ft 9 inches in height.
